POST:- ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

RMRI is a risk and asset management consultancy firm based in Manchester, and with an office in St John’s, Newfoundland. We have a strong background in technical safety risk assessment and also focus on the development and application of techniques currently used primarily in that field to wider areas of asset management, project evaluation and project risk management. The majority of our work has historically been within the offshore oil and gas industry, and we are now looking to expand our skill base and services within this sector, as well as pursuing opportunities in other areas.

In particular, we are investigating the application of ‘gas-to-wire’ and tidal energy technologies in relation to developments both in Canada and in the UK, and are therefore looking for a motivated and enthusiastic electrical engineering graduate to join our team of young dynamic staff. The candidate should be a flexible and original thinker, with a strong mathematical background. A Masters degree would also be an advantage.
